How to schedule work order

On the basis of preventive maintenance setups WO can generate automatically.

Following are the setups for Preventive Maintenance setups:
- Define Meters
- Associate Meter to Assets
- Associate Maintenance Activity to the Asset
- Define set name
- Define Preventive Maintenance Template
- Preventive maintenance Schedule defination

You can generate WOs automatically on the basis of meter readings, runtime intervals, and calendar days.

<div align="left"><center><div align="left">For automatic generation of WO you need to create Preventive Maintenance scheduling definitions, and after Preventive Maintenance scheduler process execution and WO will be generated.ou can view these Work Orders using the Maintenance Workbench.You can execute the Generate Preventive Maintenance Work Orders process. When this process executes,creating Work Orders in an Unreleased status.
You can choose the Implement button to change the status of
the Unreleased Work Orders to Released Work Orders.</div id="left"></center></div id="left">
