Oracle eAM and Ledgers

I have the following requirement in EAM;
- Production department houses the equipment (plant is inn Argentina) ties to US ledger.
- These equipments (assets) are tracked and capitalized in US dollars tied to US ledger.
- There two kind of purchases for maintenance of these assets:
1. Purchases made from US are tracked in US $
2. Purchases made locally (mostly expense item) are tracked in Argentina peso.(including services)
Question:
- Does that require creating two organizations for EAM ( one for US $ purchases in US ledger and one for Argentina Peso purchases in Argentina ledger)?
If 2 EAM orgs are created for tracking the purchases, then,
1. Which EAM org is referenced by production org?
2. How the work orders drive the purchase requisition proces automatically into 2 orgs in different ledgers?
If only one EAM org is created , then how the Argentina Peso purchases are handled?
1. Through currency conversion? If yes. then how that roll up to Mexican ledger.
2. If no, what are the other options?
