PO Receipts remians pending

Hi All,
I have problem: in Transaction Status Summary window some of transaction have Transaction Status pending and Transaction Status Mode Batch. I tried to delete this transaction but buttom delete is not available for them.I tried to run Receiving Transaction Processor but nothing happens.
All the receipts are stuck and not show in receiving transactions.
Can Any one help me regarding this issue.
