project Costing allocation rules Question

Hi All,
in Project Costing--> Allocation Rules-->Targets
we need to Enter an Employee number in Targets as in the pre-approved expenditure created given the error "Incomplete AutoAccounting", because using the employee number in auto-accounting ?
