Oracle EBS apps support (mid -level) resource?

For Karachi head office. The position is for a service desk executive to suppoort applciaton module's front end (user end) for user queries on financial / orer / supply chain modules.. and also a few oracle form based applications that were developed in house eg leave / travel mgmt using oracle / sql db.
Salary will be under 50 depending on the caliber and he will move to SAP support after we go live in about a year's time.
