Employee Salary Duplicated

There is a total difference SAR *** from the Cost Breakdown Report, which has been generated from the Finacial PayRoll Supervisor module and the Temp HR PayRoll Excel Sheet, which has also been generated from the same module. After investigaing the issue, the problem has been narrowd to be that there is an employee salary is been duplicated and cannot be deleted!!
