When attempting to setup the Transaction Types the following error occurs.

APP-FND-01016 : Routine FDFRKS: Unknown structure ID 0 for flexfield code GL# with application ID 101

Profile Option MO:Operating Unit is set at Responsibility level.

If you are in Release 12, make sure the values are set for GL Ledger Name and MO : Security Profile ...profile options for the responsibility which you are using for creating transaction types ....
