when implement steps to create general ledger ,I had problem when creating location and error arises up "frm-40735 ora-29273"
after searching I found solution :

1. Go into the responsibility: System Administrator

2. Navigate to Profile > System.

3. Clear the value at the Site level for the profile option IRC: Geocode Host.

4. Retest the issue.

5. Migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.

Hi Zakora,

in step 3, when the "Find System Profile Values" form opens up ..
you have to paste the value "IRC: Geocode Host" or select it from the LOV button in the "Profile" field.
( i was able to see this profile option in my environment)
Once the selection is done click FIND button ..this will take you to System Profile Values page, where remove the values in the Site field ...
