Hi,

Merry Christmas

I would like to have your advice on an error in oracle applications 11i. When trying to receive two approved specific purchase orders we get the error:

APP-PO-14094:No records meet your search criteria
Cause: There are no records that match your search criteria
Action: Re-enter your search criteria with fewer or different parameters

I checked the database tables: po_headers_all, po_lines_all,po_line_locations_all,and po_distributions_all and I can find nothing unusual.What am I missing?

Hi Abeer

If you try to receive PO and you don't find it please check:
1) If this PO related to your inventory organization or not -> check the PO shipment, inventory organization.

2) Check if PO is not cancel or close and the PO still open and approved.

1. OU
2. Source Type

Note: First Clear the receipt form and try once again.

One more thing you can check is normally on search page there are few fields are default when you open the form and one of them you have to check is Buyer. Try to search by removing all the filters or try to login from the same buyer who is asked to this PO and update us if problem resolved?
