When Records Struck in OE_EXPOSURE_INTERFACE

Hello All,
Needed one urgent help!!!
After Validation some records struck in the OE_EXPOSURE_INTERFACE with import_status_code='ERROR', if its really validation failed it should move to the Error table oe_exp_interface_errors but its not moved. What might be the reason for those records struck records in OE_EXPOSURE_INTERFACE.
