Peer Tabs on Salary Page in HRMS R12.1.3

Hi
We have upgraded from R12.0.4 to R12.1.3 and have found some new tabs on salary page. Tab Names are 'Peer Averages', 'Peer Comparison','Market Salary Data'.
Can any body tell me how to use these tabs, as i tried to make job, grade, salary basis, location and organization for two employees to make them Peer and reflect their data on this page but still it does not show any data.
Please responsd if any body has any idea about it.
