I want to print letters for our both male & females employees but I am struggling to develop one letter for both so incase if is male then HE should be used and for female it should change to SHE automatically. Thanks

First it is R12 not 12i. Secondly now in Financials there is SLA (Sub Ledger Accounting) which was not in 11i.

What is the SOE?
